How it works

Protect your listings

Paste your Maps share link or search by name. Your profiles are stripped out before anything is scored — the scan refuses to run otherwise.

Sweep the area

A grid of searches across your service area through Google's Places API — the same results your customers see, at every point, for every keyword.

Score against the guidelines

Shared phones and websites, keyword-only names, virtual offices and mailbox stores, residential pins, missing registry entries, call-tracking scripts, lead-seller ads. Every signal maps to a specific Google rule.

Verify, then report

Open each profile, check Street View and the website, mark it. The redressal spreadsheet and evidence packs only ever contain rows a person verified.

It never submits anything to Google. Scripted form submissions are bot traffic and get accounts flagged; a human submitting verified evidence from a real account is what Google's spam team acts on. MapRedress does the 95% that's tedious and leaves you the 5% that has to be a person.
